You can order online with a credit card or call toll-free at 1-888-647-7678. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted through the existing online store.
Purchase orders
Public schools, private schools, city and government offices, and publicly funded programs may request purchase-order approval. Contact Pro Trainer Soccer for instructions before sending a purchase order.
Returns
If you want to return a Pro Trainer soccer ball machine within the first seven days, contact Pro Trainer Soccer first. No return is accepted without an RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the package. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, and a 10% restocking charge applies to machines returned in good working order.
Replacement of defective merchandise
Defective merchandise is exchanged for the same item when the returned product is received within the first 15 days and an explanation of the defect is supplied before authorization.
